Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products — instant to 24 hours

Most of what we sell is digital. E-books, audiobooks, recorded courses, toolkits and memberships are delivered instantly after successful payment through your login area on this website, and in every case within a minimum of a few minutes and a maximum of 24 hours. Login or access details are also sent to your registered email.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours, write to us (details below) and we will resolve it or refund you in full.

2. Live workshops and services

For live workshops and coaching services, joining links and schedules are emailed at least 24 hours before the session begins.

3. Physical products — 3 to 14 working days

Printed books are primarily sold through Amazon, which ships under its own policy. When we ourselves ship a physical item within India, it is dispatched within 2 working days by a reputed courier or India Post, and delivery takes a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 14 working days depending on your location. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

4. International delivery

Digital products are delivered worldwide on the same instant-to-24-hour timeline. We do not currently ship physical products outside India.

5. Wrong or failed delivery

If a digital product fails to unlock, or a physical item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
