  • Purchase details — products bought, amount, date and payment status. Card, UPI and banking details are handled entirely by our payment partners (such as Razorpay) and never touch our servers.
  • Usage information — basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and improve it.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your volunteer or member account.
  • To deliver the products, courses and community access you request.
  • To send you service messages and, if you opt in, updates about FPL books, courses and events. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. What we never do

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers needed to run FPL — payment processing, email delivery and website hosting — and only to the extent required.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar storage needed for login sessions and site functionality. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention and your rights

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time by writing to omjai.vt@gmail.com.
